Job Overview We are fast-growing kitchen and home renovation company specializing in high- quality, custom and ready-to-assemble kitchen cabinets. Our focus is delivering exceptional products and personalized service to homeowners, contractors and designers across Northern CA. We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, results-driven individual who are passionate about design, sales and helping customers create their dream kitchen. Responsibilities * Generate and manage leads through phone, email and online platforms. * Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors and interior designers. * Assist customers in selecting cabinet styles, finishes and layouts. * Provide quotes, product details, and support throughout the sales process. * Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. * Stay up to date on product offerings and design trends. * Qualifications * Minimum 2 years in Home design experience /sales. * Proven sales experience (home improvement, kitchen/bath design, or related field preferred) * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Basic understanding of kitchen design and cabinetry(training provided) * Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. * Compensation * Hourly of $17.00 plus commission * Health : 50% covered by company * Dental/vision optional * 401k optional Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
