Since 1976, Casco Equipment has been serving the commercial dock and overhead door needs of clients in Northern California and Northern Nevada. Our service trucks are portable parts warehouses. We believe in equipping our fleet of service trucks with an array of parts and tools to fix your equipment. We service and install what we sell. We want to be involved beyond the sale by providing ongoing service, planned maintenance programs and fulfilling your needs as your company grows. The position offered will include the following duties: * Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow customer base. * Create and execute specific strategic plan to profitably grow the business. * Attain revenue targets. * Assist and guide customers in product selection, and influence sale towards strategic brands. * Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales related issues in a timely manner. * Participate in construction site meetings as needed to assist in issue resolution. * Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information, and share through company. * Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections. * Generate accurate and timely field reports. * Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Familiar with web based marketing tools like Zoom Info * Excellent communication skills (both listening and verbal skills). * Strong business and negotiation skills. * Good team player in a target driven environment. * Well organized, dependable, honest, motivated, and enthusiastic. * Creative thinker and ability to solve problems.
