Le Sp ecialiste des ventes - Solutions de calcul avance (ACS) joue un role essentiel en aidant les nouveaux clients, ainsi que les clients existants, a decouvrir et a tirer parti des solutions ACS. Vous utiliserez votre expertise en vente et votre connaissance du secteur pour etablir des relations solides, identifier des opportunites et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur parcours. Ce poste vise a elargir la base de clients, a faire progresser le pipeline de ventes ACS, a favoriser des relations clients a long terme et a soutenir les gestionnaires de comptes dans la realisation de resultats exceptionnels. ACS est une division cle au sein de HP, axee sur la promotion de l'innovation pour l'avenir du travail. Sa mission est d'offrir des solutions de calcul haute performance permettant aux clients de gerer efficacement des charges de travail complexes et les technologies emergentes. Responsabilit es principales * Stimuler la croissance en acquerant de nouveaux clients et en augmentant l'adoption des produits ACS. * Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunites ACS tout en developpant les relations avec les clients existants. * Gerer l'ensemble du processus de vente, y compris la constitution d'un solide pipeline, l'accompagnement dans la selection des produits, la tarification et la conclusion des ventes. * laborer des cas d'utilisation commerciale et fournir un soutien d'expert aux equipes de vente. * Atteindre les objectifs de vente et contribuer a l'augmentation du volume de devis, a la diversification des affaires et au renouvellement des contrats a plus forte valeur. * Collaborer avec les clients, les equipes internes et les specialistes sectoriels. * Rester a la pointe du marche en comprenant les offres ACS et les strategies concurrentes afin de positionner efficacement les solutions HP. * tablir des relations de confiance et de conseil avec les clients, y compris les cadres superieurs, en comprenant leurs besoins et defis propres a leur secteur. Job Description The Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS) Sales Specialist plays a vital role in helping new and existing customers discover and benefit from ACS. You will use your sales expertise and industry knowledge to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and support customers throughout their journey. This position focuses on expanding our customer base, advancing the ACS sales pipeline, fostering long-term customer relationships, and supporting account managers in delivering outstanding results. ACS is a key division within HP focused on driving innovation for the future of work. Key Responsibilities * Drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding adoption of ACS products. * Identify and pursue new ACS opportunities, while also expanding relationships with existing clients. * Manage the sales process end-to-end, including building a strong pipeline, guiding product selection, pricing, and closing deals. * Develop business use cases and provide expert support to sales teams. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to higher customer quotations, diverse business, and increased contract-value renewals. * Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and industry specialists. * Stay ahead of the market by understanding ACS offerings and competitor strategies to position HP's solutions effectively. Build trusted, consultative relationships with clients, including senior executives, by understanding their industry-specific needs and challenges. Education & Experience Recommended: * Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role. * Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving pipeline and business growth. * Experience managing sales processes and building customer relationships. * Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. * Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading complex sales cycles * Demonstrated expertise in consultative solution sales and customer relationship management *Knowledge & Skills * For roles that support customers or partners located within the Province of Quebec, employees must have a basic knowledge of English with the ability to read, write, and speak. Compensation and Benefits The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $132,150 to $179,750 CAD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.
