The Role As VP of Growth, Revenue & Customer Strategy, you will lead strategic efforts to expand our customer base, grow revenue streams, and build deep, long-term loyalty. You'll collaborate with teams across marketing, customer experience, operations, and leadership to shape opportunity, sharpen execution, and scale success. You may also manage the revenue-driving analytics, sales, and marketing teams, aligning data insights, performance strategies, and customer storytelling to deliver smarter, customer-centric growth. You'll ensure each team is equipped, empowered, and unified in delivering impactful, revenue- generating outcomes. You help us raise the bar while staying true to our values. Key Responsibilities * Develop and lead a growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, and expanded offerings * Increase memberships and recurring engagement programs to deliver long-term value * Drive revenue growth through new products, enhanced services, and accessible financing options * Identify and activate new revenue streams and upsell paths that elevate the customer experience * Analyze operations to determine where sales opportunities are being missed and build a clear, actionable path to capture that untapped revenue * Lead and align performance of sales, marketing, and customer service teams with growth objectives and revenue targets * Manage and align revenue-focused analytics, sales, and marketing teams to drive insights, performance, and strategic action * Oversee and refine customer communications, aligning them with brand values and key lifecycle moments * Analyze customer data, behavior trends, and service performance to inform strategic decisions * Partner with marketing to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and return on investment * Collaborate with department leaders to promote and adopt revenue-driving programs * Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and customer-centered thinking * Own revenue forecasting, goal-setting, and performance reporting for all growth initiatives * Guide pricing strategies to reflect value, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability What Success Looks Like * A growing customer base and strong retention * Increased average revenue per customer * Expansion of memberships and recurring engagement participation * Revenue growth through diversified offerings and flexible financing * Clear impact of analytics, marketing, and sales alignment on revenue strategy * Increased capture of previously missed revenue opportunities * Documented, scalable growth playbooks across teams * High-performing, integrated sales, marketing, analytics, and customer service operations * Strong cross-functional collaboration and aligned execution * Increased customer lifetime value and positive brand recognition You Bring * 7+ years of experience in revenue, growth, marketing, or strategy roles -- ideally in B2C, subscription, or customer-centric industries * Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, especially in sales, marketing, analytics, and customer service * Strong analytical skills with an action-oriented, results-driven mindset * A collaborative leadership style and commitment to team growth * A values-based approach to brand, trust, and customer relationships * Strategic vision paired with tactical excellence Why This Role Matters Because here, growth means helping people feel cared for, confident, and supported in the decisions that matter most.
