Inside Sales-Build26 Build26 is a manufacturer's rep agency in the electrical industry. We partner with leading distributors and manufacturers every day. We are hiring an inside sales representative who brings energy, discipline, and a drive to win. This role sits at the center of our business. You will manage a territory, build relationships, trust, and drive sales. What will you do: * Build strong distributor relationships through trust and follow-through * Become an expert on our product offering and provide that expertise to customers * Answer phones and emails with urgency and professionalism * Create and execute smart sales plans * Prepare quotes and follow through to close * Track orders and give clear status updates * Manage manufacturer relationships with honesty and respect * Enter and maintain data accurately * Work tightly with outside sales as one team * Spot opportunities and act fast * Bring ideas that improve how we sell * Think long term and plan strategically What we want: * High energy and strong work ethic * Ownership mindset.
