Position: Commercial Insurance Sales Agent In this exciting and fast-paced role, you will help businesses secure the right insurance solutions while building lasting relationships across industries. No license yet? Don 't worry--if you've got the drive and communication skills, we'll help you get there. What You 'll Do (Your Impact): * Prospect, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of commercial clients. * Identify business needs and present tailored insurance solutions that truly add value. * Market new and renewal business to carriers and negotiate the best terms. * Convert leads generated by the Trucking Permits team into long-term clients. * Look for additional cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines. * Ensure all applications meet underwriting compliance standards. * Deliver next-level customer service with quick responses and strong follow-through. * Partner with internal teams (underwriting, customer service, compliance, marketing) for a seamless client experience. * Stay knowledgeable on products, markets, and regulations. * Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. What You Bring: Experience is helpful, but your attitude is what matters most.
