Outside Sales Representative Construction / Restoration Location : Sacramento, CA (Travel to Sacramento, San Jose, and Vallejo) Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay : Commission Only (Six-Figure Earning Potential) Mileage : Reimbursed | Company Vehicle Provided After Ramp-Up Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to support a growing construction and restoration company in the Sacramento region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a sales pipeline for commercial and residential construction projects
• Meet with clients on-site across Sacramento, San Jose, and Vallejo
• Develop new business through provided leads and self-generated opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, adjusters, and municipal contacts
• Prepare and submit bids, including city and municipal bid submissions
• Estimate construction and restoration projects accurately and competitively
• Collaborate with the inside sales and office team to ensure smooth project handoff
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and follow-ups
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company in the field

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, construction sales, or restoration sales preferred
• Ability to estimate commercial and residential construction projects
• Comfortable traveling locally and regionally for client meetings
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Existing portfolio, book of business, or sales pipeline is a strong plus
