ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring policies are accurately issued, renewed and serviced in compliance with carriers and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and service a commercial book of business * Analyze exposures and recommend coverage * Market and renew accounts with carriers * Negotiate terms and bind coverage * Issue policies, endorsements, and certificates * Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance account management or related role * Active P&C license * Strong knowledge of commercial coverages * Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills * Proficiency with agency management systems * High attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Team oriented WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary and benefits package * 401K retirement plan * Professional growth and continuing education * A collaborative and supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Property & Casualty insurance account management: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * P&C license (Required) Work Location: In person
