This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in layout design, negotiation, and product demonstrations will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers. * Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, layouts, and product options. * Create detailed proposals, quotes, and design recommendations. * Manage the sales cycle from initial consultation to final order. * Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales within retail or construction-related industries; experience in sales or interior design is highly desirable * Proficiency with 2020 Design CAD software * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust * Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and interior design principles * Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively * Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with organizational skills that ensure timely follow-up If you are passionate about sales, possess a comprehensive understanding of construction and interior design products, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we invite you to apply today.
