As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. Duties * Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential buyers. * Develop and manage a sales pipeline to track prospects and ensure timely follow-ups. * Conduct cold calling efforts to generate new sales opportunities. * Negotiate terms of sale with customers to close deals effectively. * Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer experience. * Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership events or offers. * Collaborate with sales support staff to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable as they can cater to a diverse clientele. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage. * Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences within the automotive industry. * Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly with customers. * Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
