[please apply online] Job Overview Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs. * Maintain an organized and clean showroom floor. * Able to move furniture around and staging of the showroom (up to 40lbs). * Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. * Collaborate with team members to achieve showroom goals and maintain high standards of customer service. * Upsell additional products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or furniture store environments is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Can assemble furniture (not required). * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus. * Familiarity with computers and POS systems.
