Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing expert guidance on vehicle options and services. * Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently. * Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence. * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers, events, and campaigns that attract new clients. * Negotiate terms with customers to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts across departments to meet sales targets and deadlines. * Foster strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication.
