Duties * Actively promote our services in designated markets through face-to-face interactions * Conduct outreach campaigns by visiting potential clients at their property * Deliver door hangers to assigned properties * Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using company CRM system * Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions * Assist with outbound calling efforts to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, or confirm engagements * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette during outbound calls, ensuring professional and positive communication at all times * Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality * Provide feedback market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth Experience * Previous experience in sales, customer support, or client services is highly preferred * Knowledge of real estate is advantageous * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially in languages relevant to the target market * Proven ability to communicate effectively in English across diverse audiences * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes * Excellent phone etiquette coupled with outstanding communication skills--both verbal and written--are essential Requirements * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (driving/walking) We offer flexible hours, per-completed appointment pay, bonus per each closed deal, and growth opportunities as our marketing campaigns expand.
