Skills Requirement/Job Description: Sales Associate Sales associate position requires a high level of customer interaction, meaning sales associates should have good customer facing and communication skills. In addition to meeting sales goals and selling, sales associates are also responsible for the stocking of merchandise and adhering to a cleaning schedule and miscellaneous related administrative duties. Must love being creative in the kitchen and able to talk about food and recipes. PAID TRAINING Part Time 24-32 hours per week evenings & weekends required. Retail Experience with POS skills Culinary Skills & Experience Preferred Customer Service Skills a must Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, no exceptions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds above shoulders with assistance. Must possess the following skills/experience requirements * Minimum 3 to 5 years retail sales experience, or similar interaction with public customer service.
