Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our food service area. You will engage with customers, assist in food preparation, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Duties * Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries * Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas * Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures * Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment * Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Requirements * Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant preferred * Basic culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques * Familiarity with POS systems (Toast POS, Square POS) is a plus * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests * Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment * Experience in the food industry or retail setting is beneficial Join us as a Food Service Team Member where your contributions will help create memorable dining experiences for our customers!
