DDS is looking for a hardworking, dedicated & trustworthy individual to join or top notch team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for servicing, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a small team. Candidates should have experience handling and installing HVAC equipment and be comfortable working with little to no supervision. HVAC Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities * Travel to homes and businesses on a daily basis as scheduled * Service & Maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems * Conduct performance tests with specialized tools * Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources * Competent is diagnosis & system repair * Capable of responding to customers & providing excellent HVAC service 1 week/month after hours (On Call Rotation) * Complete paperwork through Tablet HVAC Service Requirements and Qualifications * 5+ Years of independent HVAC Experience * Strong verbal communication skills, ability to understand complex HVAC * Competent in working on oil & gas fired systems, boilers, heat pumps * Critical-thinker, problem-solver * Must hold state driver's license * Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations * Will be able to work in the elements Benefits * Medical Insurance * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Paid Continued education * Performance & sales based bonuses * Tool allowance * New take home vehicle * A family.
