KarMART Insurance Services in Burlington WA is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, reliable, customer-focused individual! Would you like an opportunity to enter the insurance industry or further develop your existing insurance industry knowledge and expertise? This individual will be responsible for generating sales, servicing existing customers and assisting in targeting new customers. The Licensed Sales Professional is responsible for cross sales, outgoing calls, prospecting given leads and building business referral relationships. Candidate will also answer incoming phone calls and process policy changes. The Sales Professional will assist with processing new applications and some administrative duties as assigned by Agency manager. The good news: NO COLD CALLING!! Leads and opportunities are provided to the agency through the car buying process with the Karmart Automotive Dealerships. Requirements : Candidate should be professional, customer focused, detail oriented, have excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, be an effective communicator, be organized, be able to multi-task and be efficient. Candidate should be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude. Previous sales or insurance industry experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply! MUST OBTAIN OR ALREADY HAVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE PRODUCERS LICENSE IN ORDER TO QUOTE AND SELL POLICIES. Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses. First year estimated income 45k to 60k.
