Commission-Only B2B Sales Representative Central Texas Mobile Fleet Services | Austin, TX About Us We are a growing mobile fleet services company providing on-site maintenance and repair for commercial vehicles, light-duty trucks, diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment. Our mission is to reduce downtime for fleet operators by delivering fast, reliable service directly at their location. We are expanding in the Austin area and are looking for driven, self- motivated sales professionals to help us build long-term fleet relationships. Role Overview This is a 1099, commission-only sales role focused on B2B account acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new fleet service customers such as: * Delivery & logistics companies * Construction companies * Landscaping fleets * Waste management & service fleets * Government & municipal fleets * Owner-operators with multiple vehicles Once an account is onboarded, our service team handles all operations. Compensation * Commission-Only (1099) * 10 -20% commission on labor revenue (negotiable based on experience) * Residual / recurring commissions on repeat business * Protected territory (Austin metro) * No cap on earnings Strong performers can build a long-term recurring income stream from fleet accounts.
