Location: Southwest Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $100,000+ total (negotiable, including base, commissions, and benefits) Start Date: Early 2026 Collecting Dust is seeking experienced Senior Sports Card Breakers to join our dynamic team in Southwest Las Vegas. As a rapidly growing company with strong partnerships with Fanatics and Topps, we're looking for experienced card breaking professionals who excel in live breaks across all major sports (MLB, NBA, NFL) and entertainment (Disney, Marvel, etc.). If you have a deep knowledge of the hobby, a passion for sports, and a track record of driving sales through engaging streams on platforms like Fanatics Live, Whatnot, and TikTok, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Conduct high-energy live card breaks, showcasing expertise in product knowledge, checklists, and sales techniques to maximize viewer engagement and revenue. * Deliver exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with our community of collectors. * Collaborate with our strong existing management, sorting, and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations. * Contribute to our growth by mentoring junior staff and helping us achieve the next level of success in the hobby. * Uphold our values of integrity, enthusiasm for cards, and doing business the right way. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a successful sports card breaker/salesperson with a track record. * Strong knowledge of the sports card hobby and sports specifically. * Excellent on-camera presence, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Professional demeanor and commitment to customer-focused service. * Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for live streams.
