Duties: * Support: provide front line phone and email support, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions to pre-sales questions and post-purchase technical needs. * Showroom Experience: Offer a premiere experience to potential online and in-person customers by vetting needs and interests * Customer Experience Content: Identify and create technical bulletins, and media content Requirements * Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions * Strong bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge * Strong computer skills Full time salary position with benefits. Weekend work required.
