About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Director / Hospital Liaison to help grow our 5-star skilled nursing facility in the Brooklyn, NY area. This is a high-impact role where marketing, relationship-building, and admissions expertise come together to drive occupancy, build referral partnerships, and elevate our brand. Compensation: $110,000 - $175,000 annually DOE. We have an amazing bonus structure! What You 'll Do as the Marketing Director / Hospital Liaison: * Lead marketing and admissions efforts to attract new residents and maintain strong census. * Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and other referral partners. * Create and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and events that highlight our facility's services and 5-star amenities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, resident-focused admissions experience. * Identify new business opportunities and help grow the facility's reputation in the community. What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or business development in a skilled nursing setting. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. * Creative, results-driven, and excited to represent a luxury healthcare brand. * Knowledge of long-term care regulations and admissions processes is a plus.
