Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep systems operating efficiently. Job Duties: * Install, inspect, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment (compressors, condensers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, controls, fans, etc.). * Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems, including boilers, evaporative coolers, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines. * Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, wiring, motors, and control systems. * Install and repair copper piping, tubing, and insulation; rebuild valves, pumps, and compressors as needed. * Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory in safe, effective working condition. * Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and tasks performed; assist with parts ordering and tracking.
