Full description of the position

A Relationship Banker is responsible for developing the Bank's business by strengthening relationships with its customers through excellent service and introducing new products. An RB must have a mastery of the Bank's products and systems to ensure that their customer interactions result in the highest level of satisfaction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and expand customer relationships by: * Identify customers for primary banking relationships. * Fulfilling the entire Abacus experience for the customer by introducing a full range products and services suitable for the customer. * Grow profitable customer relationships based on customer needs. * Develop an internal customer referral network by developing a rapport with key client customers. * Open new accounts. * Refer loan products. 2. Provide the highest level of customer service in Branch by: * Implementing and adhering to the high quality service levels. * Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of consumer and commercial products and services. * Make recommendations to management on improving customer satisfaction. * Address customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, including follow-up with customer as appropriate and reporting to management of issues and resolutions of such. Must be bilingual (Chinese and English). Must have experience in banking, or high-touch retail customer service/sales with strong motivation to learn.
