We're a high-energy dental practice changing lives through braces, implants and smile makeovers. We are looking to hire a Treatment Coordinator who LOVES connecting with people, thrives on hitting goals, and can confidently guide patients to say YES to life-changing treatment! What You 'll Do * Present $5K -$10K+ treatment plans with confidence and empathy * Engage warm leads & prospective patients already interested in treatment * Build rapport, ask great questions, and guide patients through the decision-making process * Walk patients through financing options (Proceed, Cherry etc.) * Track and own case acceptance %, collections, and monthly production goals * Follow up with prospective patients to ensure high case acceptance * Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams for a seamless experience Who You Are * Competitive, results-driven, and goal-oriented * Comfortable with numbers, accountability, and performance metrics * Confident and empathetic communicator who sells with integrity * High-energy, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment * Background in high-ticket sales (dental, medical, real estate, luxury retail, med device) preferred -- but we'll train the right closer * Coachable and hungry to grow Work Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:45 am-6 pm. No weekends! Qualifications and requirements: * Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures * Basic knowledge and ability to understand treatment plans and insurance plans and present them to patients in a simple easy-to-understand manner * Exceptional customer service skills * Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a way that patients can understand * A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members * Good administrative organizational skills Education and Experience: * Open Dental Experience is a plus! * Having at least two years of previous experience in any front office position in a dental practice. *Conditions Apply.
