JOB SUMMARY: A global manufacturing company headquartered in the Southeast United States is looking for a Precast Concrete Division Manager to oversee its precast concrete division consisting of five manufacturing facilities in the US. We are the world's leading provider of production solutions for our customers in multiple industries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change. * Oversee all phases of manufacturing operations including recruitment, development and management of Plant Managers. * Guide Plant Managers on the forecast of labor and raw material needs * Facilitate the planning and start-up of new production locations, including determining capital needs and sourcing for labor, utilities and raw materials * Work directly with customers, sales team and internal & external engineering to develop and manufacture projects that meet changing market demands SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background: * Extensive experience in Manufacturing, preferably in the concrete industry * Strong blend of analytical, decision-making and creative problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication * Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and serve as a member of a team * Ability to travel We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age disability, veteran status or any other reason prohibited under Federal State or local laws.
