Full description of the position

Job Responsibilities * Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC and appliance equipment, parts and supplies. * Establish and maintain good relations with customers (including walk-in and telephone calls). * Effectively communicate features and benefits of all products and actively promote merchandise. * Follow and adhere to all safety, health, security and environmental standards. * Restocking of shelves and assist in unloading products with the ability to operate a forklift; may require lifting of up to 50 lbs. * Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company. * Use computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, etc. * Load and unload company, customer and outside carrier vehicles using proper equipment. * Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment inside and out. * Manage inventory by organizing and storing products in the warehouse * Load and unload materials from trucks. * Package items for shipment or delivery. * Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods within the warehouse. * Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
