Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, licensed CPA with deep tax knowledge who is ready to move beyond the traditional public accounting model. This is a high- visibility, strategic role for a professional who wants to lead , innovate , and connect directly with clients. You will serve as the company's Tax Strategy Expert --responsible for helping develop a scalable tax strategy product, educating customers through webinars and portal content, and acting as the internal and external subject matter expert on all things tax. This role combines product guidance, video content creation, and client-facing guidance to help drive real impact for both PRIME and our national client base. Key Responsibilities * Develop and Lead Tax Strategy Services: Build and continuously improve a proactive, client-focused tax planning solution for entrepreneurs and business owners. * Define and Scale Strategic Fulfillment: Develop and implement a PRIME-aligned framework for identifying, recommending, and assigning tax strategies across the customer base--ensuring every client receives tailored, high-impact guidance in a scalable and repeatable way. * Client Engagement & Education:Serve as the expert host on our weekly tax strategy webinars, guiding customers through smart planning techniques and answering their tax-related questions. * Thought Leadership & Content Development:Lead the creation of high-quality educational content for PRIME's client portal, including guides, tools, and video resources that help simplify complex tax concepts. * Internal Expertise & Collaboration:Act as the primary tax authority across the company, supporting product, sales, marketing, fulfillment, and leadership teams. * Strategic Growth: Help define and execute the next phase of our tax strategy product--aligning with our company-wide mission to empower clients and exceed expectations.
