Key Responsibilities

:

• Test, troubleshoot, and quality-check CCTV and IP products
• Provide technical support to customers and assist the sales team with product knowledge
• Create technical resources such as manuals, videos, and training materials
• Process and document customer returns (RMA/RRO)
• Support daily lab operations and maintain accurate product records Why Join Us:

Qualifications

:

• Basic knowledge of electronics or networking (school, training, or hobby experience)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working hands-on with tools and equipment
• Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred (Not Required):
• Familiarity with CCTV/IP systems or related certifications - Familiarity with IP or Coax based CCTV systems
• Customer service or technical support experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
