About the Company: DS Herron Inc. is a leader in the HVAC commercial HVAC supply market DS Herron Inc., based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company was founded in 2000 as a commercial HVAC supply rep firm that provides high-quality products and services to its customers in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and northwest Arkansas. About the Position: The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated territory. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and promote the company's products and services. Essential Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors. * Provide excellent customer service and support to engineers. * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. * Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market in the territory. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. * Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers. * Any other duties as required. Supervisory Responsibilities: * This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications, Attributes, Education, and/or Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a commercial market. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * A valid driver's license. Computer Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software. * Experience with Epicor Prophet 21.
