Join the Sunmed Modern Wellness team as a Brand Ambassador working events/markets and be part of a dynamic role that's all about energy, sales, and community wellness! This year-round position offers a fantastic opportunity to build your personal brand while actively selling products that truly make a difference in people's lives. You must have your own transportation for this position We're seeking high-energy people with strong selling skills who can engage the community, drive foot traffic, and get customers excited about our premium CBD and wellness products. Key Responsibilities: * Actively sell our CBD products with an aggressive, results-driven approach. * Drive brand awareness and foot traffic to Sunmed Your CBD Store during events and promotions. * Engage in outdoor marketing efforts, such as distributing flyers and attending events. * Educate potential customers about the benefits of our high-quality CBD products in a friendly, approachable manner. * Support event setup, promotion, and breakdown (must lift 25-50 lbs). * Stay on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift, engaging with customers and promoting wellness. * Build your personal brand while contributing to the growth of our company. * Working in store as needed. Requirements: * ACTIVE SELLING EXPERIENCE is a must. * Weekend availability is required to support events and promotions. * Retail or Brand Ambassador experience to ensure successful customer interactions. * Reliable transportation to float between event locations. * Comfortable with outdoor work and extended periods of standing. Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Must be comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods. * Regularly required to engage with customers, including talking and hearing. * Frequently handle flyers and place them on vehicles. * Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch. * Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs for event setup and breakdown.
