National Account Ecommerce Manager Location: Dalton, GA (On-site) Job Description The National Account Ecommerce Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by leading and managing our ecommerce presence across key national accounts. This role covers all aspects of digital merchandising, promotional strategy, content accuracy, supply chain coordination, pricing, and marketing execution. You will work closely with major retail partners - including Home Depot, Lowe's, and other significant channels - to support growth initiatives and strengthen strategic relationships. Success requires strong communication skills, collaborative leadership, and the ability to use data-driven insights to deliver measurable results. This position reports to the VP of Digital Strategy and Marketing and provides regular updates on customer engagement, business performance, and strategic opportunities. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, buyers, and decision-makers at national accounts (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.). * Ensure accurate and compelling product representation, including digital content, marketing assets, and promotional materials. * Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, trends, and key ecommerce KPIs. * Plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive account growth and improve profitability. * Deliver customer-facing presentations, including product assortments and strategic proposals. * Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and market share expansion strategies. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in market conditions. Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree required. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. * Excellent organizational and project management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for account visits and market events. * Position is based in Dalton, GA (not a remote role). Preferred Qualifications * 4+ years of experience working with national retail accounts such as Home Depot, Lowe's, or comparable partners thru Ecommerce.
