Inspector - Pest Management Division Location: New York, NY Company: MMPC - Pest Control Services Role

Overview

The T&A Management role is responsible for overseeing Technician & Assessment (T&A) operations, ensuring high-quality pest assessments, accurate reporting, and effective sales execution. This position combines field expertise, client communication, and operational coordination to drive service quality and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client pest assessments and service recommendations.
• Review, manage, and approve assessment reports, proposals, and commission-related tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate report writing with strong attention to detail and English proficiency.
• Support and guide T&A specialists to work independently and close sales directly with clients.
• Collaborate with CSR and operations teams to ensure quick proposal turnaround.
• Monitor workload coverage, especially during peak periods and time off.
• Support training and development initiatives for T&A team growth.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory for detailed reports).
• Proven ability in time management, organization, and working efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in pest control, inspections, assessments, or related operational roles preferred.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to explain services and costs clearly.
• Comfortable navigating New York City using public transportation.
• High school diploma required; some college education preferred.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $25/hour
• Commission: Average $400-$600 per month, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
