This position has the potential to be promoted to a Care Manager after demonstration of work ethic and competency to the role. Key Responsibilities: * Uploading patient summary reports in EMR's * Enrolling new patients into the program * Shipping marketing materials to new clients * Calling patients that are non-compliant with the program * Unenrolling non-compliant patients from service and communicate with providers * Assisting with answering inbound phone calls * Documenting billing codes in EMR's for customers * Additional administrative projects and relevant tasks as needed for the department Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual in Spanish is required * 1-2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare * Proven passion for customer success, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of healthcare systems * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve results * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute customer-related activities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Healthcare: 1 year (Required) * Customer service: 1 year (Required) Location: * Indianapolis, IN 46226 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Indianapolis, IN 46226 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indianapolis, IN 46226
