Duties * Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance. * Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various automotive repairs and maintenance tasks. * Assist in diagnosing automotive issues and provide recommendations for repairs. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while adhering to safety standards. * Engage in heavy lifting as required for vehicle maintenance tasks. Requirements * Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. * Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance procedures. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service tasks. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Experience as a service technician is a plus, along with sales capabilities related to automotive services. * A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the automotive field is essential.
