Smoothie Bar Sales Associate (Commission-Based) Location: RX30 / CrossFit SPOT Compensation: Commission Only - Earn 50% of All Sales Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) About the Opportunity We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing, sales-minded go-getter to operate and grow our in-house smoothie bar inside a high-traffic fitness facility. This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys engaging people, selling products they believe in, and taking ownership of their results. This is not an hourly job. This is for someone who wants to earn based on effort and hustle. Compensation * 50% commission on every smoothie bar and retail item sold * No hourly pay * No income cap * Earnings are directly tied to sales performance What You'll Do * Prepare and sell smoothies and ice cream * Actively engage members before and after workouts * Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and add-ons * Upsell protein, boosters, and featured items * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards * Track sales and inventory * Bring energy, personality, and confidence every time you're on-site Who This Is For * A natural self-starter with a sales mindset * Energetic, confident, and people-oriented individuals * Fitness, nutrition, or wellness enthusiasts * Comfortable with commission-based income * Reliable, professional, and motivated without supervision Availability & Scheduling (Important) This is an independent contractor role. There are no assigned shifts. Sales time blocks are made available in advance and may be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Contractors choose which time blocks they wish to cover based on their availability. Once a time block is claimed, it is no longer available. Sales are strongest during: * mid-afternoons * early evenings * Weekends Consistency and reliability impact access to future opportunities. Requirements * Must be 18+ * Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain) * Strong communication and sales skills * Ability to work independently * Professional, punctual, and personable Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 60 per week Application Question(s): * Which best describes you?
