We are a high volume, productive collision repair facility. We have made it a top priority to service our vehicles with quality workmanship and ensure that each customer has the smoothest experience possible. With numerous OEM certifications, our shop houses the tools and equipment for repairs to any vehicle that comes through our doors. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a strong work ethic and an engaging personality to join our team. You must be open to learn new things, deal with challenging situations, have experience providing customer service, and have the ability to work with insurance companies on a daily basis. Responsibilities: * Greet each customer in the process of getting a vehicle repaired * Make every effort to satisfy the customer's needs in regards to their automotive repair * Schedule customer appointments * Make a customer feel comfortable and welcome during the sales and estimate process * Examines damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage * Prepare all damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner * Negotiate an agreed price on every job prior to processing the job * Order parts associated with each job * Track daily progress of jobs in process * Prepare and review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of the vehicle.
