KIA of West Nyack seeks a Sales Receptionist in West Nyack, NY. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and have strong follow up skills. Job Responsibilities: * Greet and communicate with new and existing customers. * Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people. entering the service department. * Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner. * Answer general questions or inquiries as needed. * Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management. * This position is strictly receptionist duties (no BDC responsibilities). * Proficiency with Windows systems highly preferred. * Bilingual skills are a plus (Fluency in English is a must). * Must be professional, organized, and have a positive attitude. * Other tasks as assigned.
