Easy Breathe is the leading online store for CPAP machines and supplies, and we help people across the country sleep and feel better every day. This is a phone-based, fast-paced role. You'll take inbound and outbound calls with customers who rely on us for support, guidance, and CPAP product recommendations. If you enjoy talking to people, problem-solving, and hitting goals, this role is a strong fit. What You 'll Do * Take inbound and outbound customer calls throughout the day * Help customers understand their CPAP needs, supplies, and insurance benefits * Recommend additional products that support their therapy * Answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers through their next steps * Meet and exceed performance goals with the support of your manager and team * Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently while on calls You may spend one call helping someone understand their CPAP prescription, and the next helping someone choose the right machine based on their insurance benefits. Every call is different and your work has a real impact on each customer's health.
