A local full service accounting, tax preparation and business services firm located in the Chandler area is currently considering the acquisition of the right and qualified candidate to its fast growing team. The office is expanding in growth and is evaluating the need for an entry or experienced level staff accountant / bookkeeper. This would be a full time position and the following are required: * MUST Be Proficiency in QuickBooks Platforms PC / Online * Intermediate Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel * Experience in Cash and Accrual Accounting * Experience Analyzing & Preparing Financial Statements * Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation, Data & Coding Entry * Payroll Processing and Understanding * Payroll Quarterly Reporting * Sales Tax Processing, State & City * Management of Multiple Client Accounts * Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision, self-starter * Experience with tax return preparation a plus * Minimum of 3 year accounting experience * Computer savvy and knowledgeable * Extremely detail oriented and organized * Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette * Punctual and conscientious * Possess a positive attitude * Dress professionally * Must have reliable transportation and communication. * Reside conveniently to South Chandler If you feel you could be a positive part of our team, please email your resume and salary requirements.
