Sales Associate - Seoul Scandal Miss A Stores (Woodfield Mall) Miss A Stores is currently seeking fun, motivated, and reliable Sales Associates to join our expanding Seoul Scandal team! As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the positive, energetic culture in our stores. Responsibilities * Drive sales through a passion for beauty by recommending products, services, and providing expert advice on makeup application and skincare routines. * Act as a brand ambassador by combining product knowledge, sales skills, and enthusiasm for beauty to deliver outstanding customer experiences. * Promote products by staying informed on new and existing items, bestsellers, and promotions. * Answer customer questions regarding products, promotions, and product limits. * Maintain a strong understanding of Seoul Scandal products and brands, keeping up with the latest beauty trends and sharing that knowledge with customers. * Support merchandising efforts by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked. Requirements * Must be at least 17 years of age. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Reliable transportation. * High School Diploma or GED. * Fun, outgoing, and energetic personality. * Comfortable working independently with occasional coaching and supervision. Physical Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role: * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Regular repetitive movement and walking. * Ability to lift 15 -30 lbs. on a regular basis. * Ability to tolerate working in a fast-paced retail environment.
