You'll interact directly with homeowners , inspect roofs, and guide customers through our simple, tech-enabled inspection-to-contract process. What You'll Do Day-to-Day: * Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their roofing needs. * Educate customers on storm damage and insurance claims. * Perform roof inspection s using video and photo documentation. * Use Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools to manage your day and leads. * Generate leads independently to build your own sales pipeline; top performers receive assigned leads afterward. * Follow up, close deals, and manage your pipeline with full team support. This role is designed for people who want to thrive in a supportive, diverse environment , where your hustle and effort pay off through uncapped commission. We offer a two-week , in-house training held at our San Antonio (SATX) branch. Upon accepting a final offer, we provide all necessary transportation and accommodation for the training period. All new hires are required to complete this program and graduate with a satisfactory evaluation. Participation and successful completion are mandatory for employment. Our next training starts February 16th, 2026.
