Sixty Sixty is an eyeglass stores chain built around 3 goals: Our goals are : (i) make eye exams and prescription glasses affordable for everyone (ii) make buying glasses fun with an incredible customer journey (iii) offer to our customers the easiest way to buy glasses in America (a one- stop shop) Job Description: As an Eye Exam Technician, your role will be to embody the Sixty Sixty vision and values with our customers, as well as within our large family. You will deliver exceptional service in many aspects of the store life, predominantly by providing quality Eye Exams, but also by selling to customers when the need arises. Your main mission will be to ensure the Greatest Eye Exam experience ever, by explaining the whole process, answering main questions and by connecting with the Patient, showing a lot of attention/empathy.
