Summary As a Sales Associate at 2nd STREET USA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique selection of second-hand clothing. This position is essential for enhancing the shopping experience and supporting our commitment to sustainability while driving sales. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. * Operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately using POS systems. * Assist customers with product selection and provide information about merchandise. * Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and ensure product displays are visually appealing. * Perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity. * Participate in product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. * Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
