Troncalli Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Deal Billing Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of car deal paperwork, ensuring accurate financial transactions related to vehicle sales, and coordinating with sales and finance teams to finalize deals. Responsibilities: * Reviews and verifies all documentation pertaining to a vehicle purchase and wholesale transactions is accurate and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory compliance. * Reviews and verifies that all paperwork is accounted for within deal jackets. * Reconciles schedules including used car schedule & wholesales. * Responsible for posting deals to the appropriate accounts or control number. * Responsible for issuing checks for lien payoffs to financial institutions. * Posts journal entries for wholesale transactions and issues checks as necessary. Experience: * High school diploma required. * Basic working knowledge of Accounting processes * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Previous experience working in an automotive dealership preferred. * Previous automotive accounting experience preferred. * Familiarity with automotive DMS desired, preferably Reynolds and Reynolds.
