Overview Cricket Wireless is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Pinellas Park. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales, customer service, and technology products. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and enhance the shopping experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of Cricket Wireless offerings * Assist customers with POS transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability * Provide knowledgeable support on phone etiquette and customer inquiries both in person and over the phone * Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed * Support store operations by supervising or assisting with daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow * Educate customers on device setup, plan options, and troubleshooting procedures Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within electronics or grocery store environments * Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math calculations for transactions * Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service * Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles * Supervising experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities within the team * Ability to perform product demos confidently and professionally * Excellent phone etiquette skills for engaging customers over the phone * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and communication skills Join our team at Cricket Wireless where your sales expertise and bilingual abilities will help us deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in retail sales.
