What We 're Looking For: As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented and motivated Sales Associate who thrives on prospecting and closing deals to join our team, expand our client base of real estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers, and builders, and drive our growth. What You 'll Do: * Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and leveraging industry connections. * Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. * Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction. * Drive Revenue Growth: Be a key player in achieving sales goals and contributing to the agency's overall growth. What You Bring: * Proven track record of success in sales * Strong hunter mentality with a drive to prospect, qualify, and close new business. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-starter who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to succeed in a fast-moving environment. * Team player mentality with a collaborative attitude and strong problem-solving skills. * Deliver exceptional service and represent STCE with integrity. * Experience in the title industry strongly preferred but not required. The job is Full-time, Base Salary + Commission.
