This includes proactive outreach so if you're not comfortable starting conversations, this likely isn't the right fit. In this role, you will: * Engage in 2 to 4 homeowner conversations daily * Walk families through inspections and insurance restoration projects * Present and guide customers through high-value home upgrades * Practice and refine your pitch using feedback and accountability * Contribute to a team that values discipline, growth, and results What You Can Earn First full month: $5,000-$8,000 What You Can Earn Over Time Seasoned closers: $15,000-$25,000+ per month Long-term leaders: $200,000-$400,000+ annually This is a performance-based role with uncapped upside.
