Event Marketing Staff - Make a Difference Locally! Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person About the Role: We're seeking energetic, personable individuals to join our local Event Team! You'll represent our nonprofit organizations at events and retail spaces. Your role is to engage with the public, raise awareness, and help generate crucial support for meaningful causes. If you love talking to people, being active in the community, and making a difference, this position is for you! Responsibilities: * Represent nonprofit partners at community-based events * Interact with attendees to share information about current campaigns * Encourage public support through one-time or recurring donations * Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring a clean and organized space * Accurately record donor details and contributions * Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals Candidates with experience in the following areas tend to excel in this role: * Sales/Customer-Facing: Retail or Inside/Outside Sales, Customer Service, Brand Ambassador, Promotions * Hospitality/Events: Bartender, Server, Host/Hostess, Barista, Event Staff/Brand Rep * Outreach/Field: Canvassing, Street/Team Promos, Door-To-Door, Community Outreach, Nonprofit Fundraising * Campus/Early-Career: RA/Student Ambassador, Club/Greek Life Leader, Peer Fundraiser, Volunteer Coordinator We Offer: * Commission-Based Pay: Earn $600-$900/Week (Based on Performance) * Bonuses Opportunities * Paid Training * Flexible Scheduling * A fun, collaborative, mission-driven environment Qualifications: * 18 years or older * Friendly, dependable, and passionate about helping others * Comfortable starting conversations and speaking with strangers * Able to work both indoors and outdoors at various event locations * Reliable transportation for travel within the local area * Customer service, event, or outreach experience is helpful -- but not required Work Environment: This is a face-to-face position , taking place at various local events and retail locations throughout the community.
