Sales Account Manager - Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Phenomenal Pay + Incentives | Full-Time | Based in: * Escambia / Santa Rosa County * Baldwin County AI Can 't Replace You As AI continues to change industries , the trades still run the world , and skilled sales professionals who understand building systems are more valuable than ever. As a Sales Account Manager , you will be the trusted expert who: * Protects customer operations * Solves complex HVAC & plumbing problems * Creates long-term client partnerships * Drives revenue growth and customer success You're not selling a product. You 're selling safety, uptime, performance, comfort, and peace of mind. This is a role for a customer-focused relationship builder who wants to grow a territory -- and grow their career Key Responsibilities -- What You'll Lead Every Day * Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients * Identify new business opportunities and expand the company footprint * Sell maintenance agreements, repair services, capital upgrades & projects * Understand customer needs and deliver smart solutions with our technical experts * Prepare accurate proposals, present options with confidence * Maintain CRM activity, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting * Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism * Support a zero-shortcuts safety culture on every site You are the primary partner customers trust, the face of our company Who Thrives Here * 2+ years of field/outside sales or account management experience * HVAC / Plumbing / Mechanical or Construction knowledge preferred * Successful history selling service programs or equipment solutions * Organized, strong communicator, motivated to close deals * Valid Driver's License + ability to travel locally * Solid computer skills: CRM + Microsoft Office * Most importantly You are hungry to grow in a fast-paced, Winning Environment If you are energized by solving problems and building relationships Extra Strengths That Stand Out * Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems * bachelor's degree in business, a plus not necessary. Mechanical Systems, or related field (Not required -- real-world experience counts!)
