Base pay ($16.50 /hr) + Monthly commission Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions Experience: - Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred - Strong negotiation and persuasive skills - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers - Proficient in using technology for sales purposes As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
